In the event there is a delay you will be notified. You may cancel a pre-order at least 7 days prior to the delivery date. We offer this feature for items where there are limited stock & sell out fast. You can reserve it to ensure you receive yours.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged and need to be replaced or size changes. If an item doesn't fit we will send the correct size. We must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt and returns must be processed within 10 days of receipt. Only unworn, clean items in the original state will be accepted.
Sale items are FINAL
We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges and store credit. Only on damaged or out of stock merchandise will refunds be an exception. No returns will be accepted without our approval, unless it's a size exchange. Include a note stating what you need.
All returns that are not damaged subject to a 20% restock fee if a refund is approved.
Store credit is valid for 180 days. You can use your credit anytime you like for an item of equal or lesser value and we will ship it free of cost.
